Local Weather

Through a grant from Fontanelle Seeds, the AG Department has installed a weather station on the farm ground just west of the school here in Gower. The public can view this current weather information at the following 3rd party website by clicking on the link below. The East Buchanan AG Department would like to thank Fontanelle Seeds for awarding us this grant.

At the bottom of this 'Summary' page, under the 'Extra Sensors' heading, there are readings from 2 soil temperature sensors that may be of particular interest to our local farmers.

*Soil Temp 1 is at a depth of 2 inches.

*Soil Temp 2 is at a depth of 6 inches.
